Guide to setting up your storefront (website) on Haayaa

Setting up your website is one of the most powerful ways to reach customers, especially in the era of online shopping.

Today, I will be showing a step by step guide on how you can effectively setup your storefront and optimize it on Haayaa. 

Download the Haayaa App  

Before you begin, download the Haayaa app from either the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). The app provides all the tools you need to manage your business on the go, from storefront setup to product management.

Get Started by Registering or Logging In  

Once you have the Haayaa app installed, click on the "Get Started" button. If you're already using Haayaa, simply login to your account. If you're new, you'll need to register for an account.

Tip: When registering, use your personal details instead of your business information to create your Haayaa account. Your business details will be added later when setting up your storefront.

Navigate to the Business Screen  

After logging in, navigate to the business screen within the app. Here, you will see a list of businesses you own or manage.

• If you already have a registered business on Haayaa, select it to proceed with the storefront setup.
• If you don’t own a business yet, you can easily register a new one from the same screen. After registration, you'll be directed to your business dashboard.

Register Your Business (If You Haven’t Already)  

For those starting fresh, registering your business is simple:

• Input your business name, address, and other basic details.
• Once registered, you’ll have access to your business dashboard, where all the magic happens.

Create Your Storefront  

This is where your storefront comes to life. On your business dashboard, follow these steps:

• Add a domain name for your business. This could be your business name or something catchy that reflects your brand.
• Write a brief description of your business. This description helps visitors understand what your business is all about at a glance.
• Once that’s done, click on the "Create Storefront" button to finalize your website creation.

And just like that, your business storefront is live!

Customize Your Website  

Now that your storefront is up, it’s time to customize it to reflect your brand’s personality. Log in to your website through the Haayaa app to access customization options. Here’s what you can do:

• Change the colour scheme to match your brand colours.
• Upload your business logo for easy identification.
• Add links to your social media accounts, allowing customers to connect with your business across platforms.

Upload Products  

With your storefront customized, you can now start adding products. Uploading products is straightforward using the Haayaa app:

• Go to the products section in your business dashboard.
• Add each product’s name, description, price, and images.
• Organize your products into categories to make browsing easier for your customers.

Promote Your Storefront  

Your storefront is now fully functional, but the work doesn't stop there! To maximize its reach:

• Share your website link with customers and potential buyers through different channels.
• Attach the link to your social media profiles so followers can easily shop from you.
